Laurie, do you have a good name for an HR dept that includes Staffing, Sourcing, Employee Relations, and Diversity? Current is Strategic Staffing.
Yeah, I do. It’s called Overreaching HR. Screwed HR. Inefficient HR.
I hate your HR department in the same way that I hate Walmart. You go in there and it’s shoes, pajamas, guns, and Doritos. How the hell do those things come together in a way that makes sense?
Just call the damn thing “Human Resources” and figure out if your model works.
