Are You Smarter Than A 12th Grader?

by

HR professionals take a hit — we’re often considered social workers instead of business professionals who are in the business of making money.

Me? I really like money, which is why I was excited to take the US News & World Report version of a financial quiz that tests 12th graders’ practical money knowledge. Hey, the average score for a 12th grader is around 52% so I wanted to prove to myself that I exceed a high-school-level of fiscal literacy.

I took the six-question quiz and, oh snap, I scored FOUR correct answers (66%).

That’s humbling.

I better get back to being a social worker.

How did you score?
