The economic crisis is hitting the average family in the belly.

Most Human Resources professionals are interviewing candidates on a regular basis. I wonder if a person performs worse when he is interviewing on an empty stomach? Can you see the stress of the recession on a candidate’s face? Are you being contacted repeatedly and frequently by desperate and sad people who really need jobs?

I think HR and Recruiting professionals see the toll of the economy much more than the average person. What are you seeing, out there?
