Am I really attending a Human Resources conference? Holy smokes. It just hit me. I have to listen to people talk about talent management. My eyes are already heavy, dudes.
I’m entering the conference with pretty strong feelings about talent management:
- pay good people money,
- manage out the losers without fear of lawyers,
- operate with integrity,
- and git. r. dun.
These speakers better bring it or I’m going to pass out.
